Before the start of the jubilee 20th edition of the Music & Word Festival, an off program of concerts will be held during May and early June, intended for both the local audience and tourists staying in Cavtat and Konavle.
The concerts will be held every Tuesday (May 5, 12, 19 and 26) and on June 2 at the Cavtat Culture Centre, starting at 19:30 and admission to all programs is free.
The program brings a selection of popular classical music and works by Croatian composers performed by the Konavle Art Chamber Ensemble (violin, flute, guitar and piano), which further promotes the local cultural scene and musical heritage.
These concerts also represent an introduction to the festival events and an opportunity for quality cultural content available to a wide range of visitors in the pre-season.
