KUD Čilipi is organizing a play again this year, this time the Amateur Theatre from Metković will perform the play “Testament”
This is a sharp, dynamic comedy based on the motifs of Puccini’s opera Gianni Schicchi. The plot follows the events after the death of Tonči Balaturica, when family ties are erased in the fight for inheritance, and human greed come to the surface. Although set in a local, Mediterranean setting, this is a universal story in which the audience can easily recognize itself, and the timeless theme of inheritance disputes is presented through superb comedy and unexpected situations.
